This run has a long downhill section so I tried some of the stuff I read in Brad’s blog. I took shorter but many more strides and I kept my body perpendicular to the road surface. It is a little bit awkward but it is a lot easier on the joints. I am not sure if I was actually going faster than my normal downhill but it definately felt a lot better and I am going to continue running downhill this way.
