Big brick work out today. Started with a long ride through emigration to east canyon lake marina. Got a flat a couple of miles from my house with no spare so a friend came and picked me up. I felt a lot stronger today than I did last week. It was a different ride but about the same distance.

When I got home I put on my running shoes and went for a long run(over 10 miles). I felt great the whole day but my times are way off. I guess a few more good bricks will solve that problem. The key for me is finishing only so my time matters little. But it must be faster than the cutoff times.
