Who is xr4000?

I have drank and partied much of my life away.
In the last few years I have been cleaning up and trying to get things on course. In February of 2008 I thought that things were all falling into place. However, my dreams came to a crashing halt. So I decided to do something positive to deal with it. I called “The Rat.” “Let’s run the San Diego marathon.”
Well it happened and I finished in just under four hours. But that wasn’t enough. I set my sights on the Silverman Ironman Triathlon and eventually got there and finished in just under fifteen hours. But it isn’t going to end there either. I am going back next year and I plan on taking no prisoners.
I feel and look great and I could not have done it without sweat365.com. It helped to motivate me and I get some great advice as well. I have met some new friends too and I am going to continue my training and racing and I am going to become very fast. So if you are out on the course with me say hello as I come flying by:).
